Pricing questions.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions bill monthly in advance once Stripe is activated. During beta, no card is required — early-access subscribers lock in launch rates and we invoice when billing turns on. You will receive a notice at least 14 days before any first charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the settings page or by email. We do not lock you into annual contracts. If you cancel mid-month, access continues through the end of the current billing cycle and we do not auto-renew.
Do you support lender / partner access?
Pro and Institutional tiers include read-only links you can share with a lender or partner for a specific deal. The shared view exposes the underwriting summary (DSCR, PITIA, score components) without granting access to your full account or saved deals.
